Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number of shipment.
All items will be insured during the time in transit until they are delivered to buyer. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to buyer.
Taxes and duties
The prices of products are expressed in US Dollars.
Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase (8.875%).
For orders’ outside of the United States of America, prices exclude customs duties. All applicable customs duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. FRAGMENTARIO cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
Refusal of Shipment
If the buyer refuses their shipment, they will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from the merchandise refund.
FRAGMENTARIO has a 5-day return policy for unworn, unwashed item(s) in the original condition: buyer has 5 days from when the order is delivered to ship it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.
Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted within 5 days following receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, etc.) and according to the following shipping conditions. The customer must contact the customer service beforehand via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return number to note on the “Return Authorization” enclosed with the order as well as any information relating to the shipping. No parcel shall be accepted without a return number. This number must be written legibly on the parcel.
Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.
For the customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, unworn, accompanied by all its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.
